My daughter and I had one of the junior suites on the third floor. It was perfect with the king-sized bed and the ocean view. We loved how friendly the staff always was, the choices of food, and the very nice beach that was right in front of the hotel. It was very clean everywhere and the hotel had very good COVID protocols in place. There was a good variety of food to choose from between the three restaurants and the snack bar on site. I enjoyed walking on the beach every morning and watching the sunset with my daughter from our balcony or the beach every evening. She went para-sailing twice right from the beach. We also really enjoyed soaking in the jacuzzi late in the evening when no one else was using it.

Good location, convenience stores, great food, shopping all next to the hotel…and beach accessible. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms were kept clean all of time. Great that you could also use facilities at other ‘sister’ hotel/location and included the ‘all inclusive’ option to use at both hotels. This was great as we can now compare and decide at which one to stay on our next visit.

Something outstanding to mention is that, this is the first all inclusive hotel I see staff being as nice as friendly to Mexican than to foreign people, in general in all locations and hotels, staff is more attentive and treats better the foreign than us! The facilities are nice and the restaurants are great!

Beach was very clean and although there were vendors walking around, no one was overly disturbing and hotel staff did a great job keeping it a peaceful environment.
